Airports are shifting from catering mainly to elite travelers to serving a more budget-conscious public, which has led to design adjustments.
Kone then arrives to bridge this gap. An intelligent modular seating system, Kone offers a powerful and accessible solution for beam seating in high-traffic areas, ensuring pleasing aesthetics, comfort and durability for every traveler.
Designed specifically for public waiting areas, Kone is entirely made of metal. It offers a robust but striking alternative to outdated public seating with a better price tag.
Features & Options
Kone features a unibody seat and backrest made from curved and partially perforated steel sheets,
coated with scratch-resistant paint, ensuring durability against vandalism and other external factors.
The seats are affixed to a rectangular beam supported by polished aluminum feet,
which come with adjustable feet to accommodate uneven floors.
Optional armrests made of polished aluminum can be added.
Additionally, users have the choice to equip the seat, backrest, or both with a padded and upholstered cushion for added comfort.
The benches can accommodate two to five seats.
They also feature a classic top that can be used as a spacer between two successive seats,
enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality.
